3 Healthy Breakfast Recipes that Will Kill Your Appetite
For the past few weeks I’ve been devouring a high fiber breakfast every morning. One in which contained, old fashion Quaker oat meal and 100% double the fiber whole grain bread. What I can tell you from my experience is that it was very difficult at first to consume because of the bland taste, but I managed to experiment and add some flavor to these healthy breakfast items.
As a result, I tossed the cardboard chewing contest and developed three recipes that will kill your appetite:
1. Hearty Oatmeal:
This is personally my favorite. The recipe includes: Maple & Brown Sugar Quaker instant oatmeal, fresh blueberries, walnuts and half teaspoon of flax seed. The recipe is easy and fast to make, but loaded with vitamins and nutrients.
